Ordering, Pricing & Accounts
Do I need an account to place an order?
Not for standard purchases. Anyone can buy directly on our site.
If you're a volume buyer or government agency, apply for a Key VIP Account to unlock custom pricing, flexible terms, and dedicated support.
What qualifies my business or agency for Key Account pricing and terms?
Businesses or agencies placing recurring orders, or managing emergency-response inventory. Apply with our key account sales team.
Can I get a quote before I order?
Absolutely. Use the Request a Quote form or contact us. We’ll respond quickly with itemized pricing, freight estimates, and lead times—no slow rolls.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH, purchase orders from approved accounts, and government P-cards. Net-terms POs available to approved Key Accounts and government buyers.
Shipping, Fulfillment & Inventory
Do you stock products, or is everything made to order?
We stock deep. Our warehouse is built for rapid deployment and high-volume response.
How quick is fulfillment?
In-stock orders ship within 24–48 hours. Emergency deployments can be expedited—just tell us the deadline.
Where do you ship?
Coast to Coast, all across the U.S. and its territories. We support multi-site delivery for disaster zones or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Can you support large-scale emergency deployments?
Yes. We specialize in surge response. We’ve moved six-figure units in days—with zero bottlenecks.
Product Information & Documentation
Do your products come with certifications?
Yes. We provide current product performance, UV outdoor durability, and fire-retardant test reports upon request.
What’s different about your tarps and sheeting versus big box plastic rolls?
Ours are engineered for real-world disaster zones: scrim-reinforced, UV-stabilized, fire-rated, and designed to stay put, not fall apart.
How long do your tarps and sheeting last outdoors?
With proper installation, our premium grades last 1 - 2 years in harsh outdoor conditions. Typical installation usage is 3-9 months.
Can I use your products on occupied buildings?
Yes. Our fire-retardant tarps and sheeting meets Class A flame spread and smoke index standards, making it safe for use on homes and businesses.
Government & Agency Buyers
Can you handle government purchase orders and procurement requirements?
Yes. We support GSA, FEMA, state/local, and agency task orders, and we understand documentation, compliance, and urgency (UEI: GEHAM7EBKDX5, CAGE Code: 4M8C2).
Do you accept federal P-cards?
Yes. DPALEX is ready for P-card or PO procurement.
Do you support multi-agency task orders?
We’ve fulfilled FEMA and state emergency management task orders including orders issued under IDIQ contracts, our administration and logistics scale with incident size.
Does DPALEX meet federal government contracting set-aside program requirements?
Yes. DPAELX is a certified Small Business (per SBA size standards) registered in System for Award Management (SAM) with an assigned Unique Entity Identifier (UEI: GEHAM7EBKDX5, CAGE Code: 4M8C2).
Do you support emergency bids and sole-source justification?
Yes. We will help you build the justification and meet procurement timelines with speed and clarity especially under urgent conditions where time, availability, and public safety demands rapid action.
We will prove readiness, specificity, and proven performance (i.e., supply chain readiness, technical specs & compliance data, rapid quote and procurement support, past performance & field validation).
What happens if I need help during an active emergency?
Call us. We’ve handled weekend shipments, redirected trucks mid-route, and stood up emergency logistics in under 24 hours. We know what “urgent” means.
Contractors & Commercial Buyers
Can I buy DPALEX products in bulk or by the truckload?
Yes. We will ship palletized, stretch-wrapped, and core-rolled sheeting ready for forklift unloading and jobsite deployment.
Can I order custom roll widths?
Common widths ship from stock; custom widths or private labels are available on large-run orders – please contact our sales team for pricing.
Do you supply spec sheets for bidding or submittals?
Yes. We can provide data sheets, testing reports, installation guides, and compliance letters and of course pricing - just tell us what your bid package needs.

Is there a real person I can talk to?
Yes. All of our staff is knowledgeable is the products we sell. All our office staff are in California. Call, text, or email - we answer, we listen, and we move.
