Are these the same type of Tarps used in FEMA’s Blue Roof program?

Yes, Dpalex tarps meet the material specifications outlined in FEMA and USACE temporary roofing programs and is used by FEMA and State and Local agencies responding to state and federally declared disasters.



How long can these tarps remain installed on a roof?

When properly installed, our tarps are designed to last 12 – 18 months on a roof depending on environmental conditions.

 

Are the tarps fire retardant?

Yes. Our tarps meet Class A flame spread and smoke index ratings per ASTM E84, making them suitable for use on occupied homes and business structures.

How is this different from hardware store plastic tarp?

DPALEX Emergency Roof Tarps are manufactured with Fire -Retardant additives for safety since they designed to be installed on roofs of homes and UV-stabilized, and engineered for extended outdoor use—far safer, stronger and longer-lasting than hardware store tarp.

 

Do you offer volume pricing or contract fulfillment?

Yes, Dpalex specializes in large, in-stock inventory for immediate shipment and offer volume, pricing, contract fulfillment, and agency procurement support. Our tarps are packed in a box which includes the tarp and para cord rope designed for compact storage and rapid deployment. Bulk orders are available for government and commercial buyers.
